2010 Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Symposium
CLE Symposium
January 21-22, 2010
The 2010 Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Symposium is the Journal’s Fifth Annual CLE Symposium. Speakers are leading academics and practitioners in oil, gas, and energy law. This year’s symposium promises to be an excellent forum for dynamic and informative discussion about a wide range of current and future energy-related legal issues.
The 2010 Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Symposium will be held Thursday and Friday, January 21-22 at the Thompson Conference Center at the University of Texas campus (across from the law school).
The 2009 Symposium included two days of presentations by nine speakers and a panel discussion. Over 120 people attended the 2009 Symposium, including nearly 90 attorneys. Other attendees included landmen, engineers, Journal and Society members, and other UT and UT law students. This was by far one of the largest Symposiums hosted by a UT Law journal in recent years. Attendees earned up to 11 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of Ethics.
The Annual Symposium is hosted by the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and run by its student-members. The Annual Symposium is funded by the generation donations of TJOGEL’s sponsors.
